Email hello@blockysupply.com with your order number to start a return. Buyer pays return shipping.

Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your item.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days — we'll fix it at no cost.

For hygiene reasons, grooming tools and bandanas cannot be returned once used.
